See a real home designed, priced and signed in 20 minutes

From an address to an engineered HVAC design and a signed proposal, in one visit.

What you'll see in 20 minutes

  1. 1

A real home in your territory, scanned

We start from an address you pick. You see the LiDAR scan or plan upload, and how the geometry gets corrected.

  2. 2

    Room-by-room Manual J

Loads for every room at your local design temperature, with every input visible.

  3. 3

    Equipment options

Real equipment matched to the load with Manual S, including cold-climate heat pumps at design temperature.

  4. 4

    15-year comparison

Heat pump, boiler, furnace, mini-split and dual-fuel side by side on cost of ownership, plus what was ruled out and why.

  5. 5

    Proposal signed

A branded Good/Better/Best proposal priced from a price book, signed with a deposit at the table.

Bring your price book. Or just a few typical install prices. We will build the proposal with your numbers.

Demo questions

How long is the demo?

About 20 minutes, plus time for your questions. If your team wants to go deeper on pricing or rebate paperwork, we can book a follow-up.

Who runs the demo?

A Tradewright founder or product specialist. Larger teams and contractors in New York and Massachusetts usually meet a founder directly.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No, but it helps to bring the address of a recent job and your price book or a few typical install prices. Then the proposal you see uses your numbers, not ours.

Can my team join?

Yes. Invite your sales manager, lead advisor or designer. Forward the calendar invite to anyone you want on the call.

Is there a sales pitch at the end?

We will tell you what the plans cost and answer questions. There is no pressure and no auto-dialer follow-up.
